Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is completely on customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, as it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Refund of Money / Replacement

Refund of money will be allowed only within 7 days of payment received and only in case of cancellation of Booth / Sponsorship, etc. Our support team will coordinate and verify if the cancellation is genuine and under the terms and conditions written on our stall booking form.

Cancellation

Booking Orders can only be cancelled within 7 days from the date of booking of the booth. Cancellation of booth / sponsorship requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of advance payment remitted. No cancellation request will be accepted if sent after 7 days from the date of booking the booth or sponsorship.
